Went on 6/4 for dinner and had the salad, breadsticks, and eggplant parm. Within an hour started not feeling great. Next morning woke up with diarrhea and vomiting multiple times throughout the day. Had to call out of work because of it too.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
