I got a bean burrito along with my other items. Nobody else I was with got anything with beans in it. I started cramping a few hours after I ate , then at around 3am the diarrhea started and fever that lasted for about 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps

It wasn't me it was my boyfriend. He was naseous all night and had diarrhea. He felt sick to his stomach and was in pain. In the morning he threw up and had some more diarrhea and he felt better. When he threw up the contents of the burrito came up, it was definitely from that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a chipolte burrito bowl (chicken) yesterday 3/24/16 at around noon at the Cambridge Center. A couple hours later I started to experience stomach discomfort and about 24 hours later diarrhea and continued pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had the steak burrito on Monday. Tuesday, I started feeling off already. Wednesday I stated getting bad headaches and abdominal pain. Later hat night u had fever and diarrhea. I had a burrito bowl around 530 yesterday. I woke up around 2am and began vomiting and after that was followed by diarrhea. Im hoping it stops soon, its been 5 hours of this so far, this is horrible. Im not eating at chipotle anytime soon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
