Chicken Caesar salad, fried calamari. Ate around 7 or 8pm got on the plane for LA. Got horribly sick at the LA airport restroom. Then again at the Eugene airport restroom, had to be take. I had the calamari
And within hours I started vomiting and diarrhea which took two days to go away this is my second time getting food poisoning from the same location something must be done  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had the fried Calamari. I should have know better when it came out. No way was this fresh. It was some frozen product out of the bag. Tasted ok but immediately after, massive stomach cramps and about two hours of constant vomiting. Probably vomited about 20 times until it all came up.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps
