It was just me. I ordered a chalupa meal that has 1 beef taco and 2 beef chalupa. They all had lettuce on them. I ate at 7pm. Upset stomach and nausea started at around 12:30 am. Vomiting started at 4:30 am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the beef chalupa for lunch and a hard shell beef taco with only lettuce and cheese around 12:30pm on November 30th 2018. I got very sick around 6:00 that same night and it lasted all night. This was the only thing I ate all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My parents got me lunch at 12:30 and it was Taco Bell, they ordered my the 5 dollar box which comes with a chalupa and a taco and cinnamon twizzlers. I Ate it all and a couple hours later I got diarrhea and then started vomiting all the Taco Bell.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
