I ordered the southwest chicken salad with lime avocado ranch dressing. As soon as I finished the salad, my stomach started hurting really badly then I had to use the bathroom (in there for a while). I'm know I'll be back in the bathroom soon enough.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My daughter had the tomato soup and chicken salad with basil dressing. She has had severe stomach cramping with diarrhea and vomiting. Started approximately 5-6 hours after she ate there. This was the only thing she ate. Definitely food poisoning. If symptoms get worse, I will take her to emergency.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Last night I had the barbecue chicken salad and the Thai chicken pizza. Within 3 hours my stomach started feeling upset, then diarrhea, shakes, chills and aches, headache that makes you dizzy.
