I had a meal at Nando's at 9pm last night - a lemon and herb chicken pitta (plain, no veg/salad etc) with chips and mash. The food was fine when I ate it but now I'm SO sick. I ordered chicken tenders and a cookie-dough concrete mixer at around 8pm. Two hours later, I felt awful stomach pains and immediately went to the bathroom with diarrhea.
