some of it into a glass to see if it had gone bad and I did not see any chunks but that odor was just a hint, at the time. I put it back in the fridge and waited for my husband came home and told him, "Here smell this. Is it bad?" He smelled it and almost threw up. I smelled it and the rotten egg odor was magnified a hundred times since that morning. We threw it out. The next day he went to Aldi in Villa Park, IL and they did not have any fat free so he picked up 2% Fairlife. That night I went to make my evening cocoa and opened it and it smelled fine. Zero odor. I had my cocoa and went to bed. I woke up Saturday morning sicker than a dog with insane nausea, gas, bloating, and abdominal cramps that were so bad I was doubled over. Every time I stood up, I was dizzy and thought I was going to pass out. By Saturday afternoon, the diarrhea started. I never vomited but that's because I didn't need anything all day Saturday. By Sunday, it was New Year's Eve and I was still sick. I still had the nausea and the abdominal cramps and I thought I was over the diarrhea so I had a little bit of chicken and a little bit of a plain baked potato since this was the first food I would have eaten in 36 hours. Shortly after eating, I was running back into the bathroom, totally sick again with diarrhea. By Sunday evening I was completely dehydrated. My birthday is New Year's Day so we had to cancel all my birthday plans and my birthday dinner. That day (Monday) I was able to eat toast but still had to deal with waves of nausea, but thankfully the diarrhea had stopped. It is now Tuesday, January 2nd and the nausea finally stopped but I feel like I've done a thousand sit-ups. My abdominals feel so bruised and I'm very weak. I called Fairlife (855-LIVE FAIR) and reported this. I have a case number and they said somebody will be calling me back in 2 to 3 days to get additional details.
