My husband and sister in law both had the sausage, pepper jack and egg sandwich around 10:30 am, the rest of the family had other items from the menu. Ate a smoked salmon and egg sandwich from Pret a Manager in Heathrow Airport on August 14th. Within 6 hours had severe stomach pain and nausea.
