I ate a nacho fire bell grande and a 5 layer beef burrito. I literally have been burping up nacho fries for 5 hours and can't even sit up because the indigestion and stomach pain is so bad when I do that I immediately want to sit down. I ate 2 chicken tenders from my sons kids meal, he only wanted the fries. This was at 11:00am on Wednesday, February 17th. Thursday morning I woke with nausea. Throughout the day symptoms continued to worsen with vomiting, stomach cramps, body aches, and chills.

fried nuggets, fries, sauces, soda. about 6 hours after I ate the food I was vomiting and had diarrhea. I was up every hour or two letting more out. Both had nacho fries, I had three regular hardshell tacos and he had three doritos tacos. I got sick within 15 min of eating. Then had severe diarrhea three times in 30 minute span. My partner only went once to bathroom.
