I had their macaroni salad (only a third of it) around 7 pm and I began feeling nauseous, proceeding to vomit, at 8 pm. I had not eaten anything else since 12pm and felt completely fine all the way up until a little after eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had Grilled Chicken Tenders, Mashed Potatoes, and Macaroni and Cheese about 45 minutes ago. I've been having Diarrhea the past 30 minutes with Stomach Pain., I am the only one that got sick out of 3 of us. I ordered some chicken tenders and macaroni. I started to feel nauseous halfway through the box of tenders and stopped there. I had to throw away the food. I'm currently laying in bed with an upset stomach, constantly feeling like I'm on the verge of vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Had Chicken Crunch Sandwich and Macaroni Salad at KFC Taco Bell. Had meal at around 7 pm. Symptoms developed overnight and last all of the next day. Onset of symptoms: 12-14 hours. I was the only one that had this food combo so I'm thinking it was one of these items.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Don't know if it was a salad or the macaroni from Panera Bread, Both my wife and I. Felt bloated all afternoon after eating. Didn't have an appetite around dinner time. Diarrhea started around 1800 and is every 20-30 minutes since  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Bloating, Loss of Appetite
