Had a soft taco, some Nacho fries, & half of nachos bel grande. Tasted ok but the tomatoes & lettuce seemed off. Woke up next morning vomiting, shaking, very strange pains in head & worst abdominal pain/cramps. I only ate nacho fries yesterday and since then have had terrible stomach pains, a migraine, constant body aches, and many symptoms of food poisoning. I have no appetite and feel super nauseous.
