I purchased the steak nacho meal and some other food..i ate one bite gave to my son next day i got a terrible rash on my mouth like poison ivy.or poison sumac.then i was deathly ill my son wss very sick in his stomach we both thought we had been poisoned.

I ate the nacho fries with queso, 5 layer burrito, and Crunchwrap surpreme around 8:30 pm on 7/27/18. I woke up around 2 am with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea that persisted until 4 pm 7/28/18.
