I got the orange chicken and mixed veggies. I took a nap after I ate and a few hours later had the worst stomach cramp I wanted to cry, followed by diarrhea while throwing up in the garbage can in front of me. Did I mention the cold, sweaty chills? NEVER AGAIN!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating, Cramps

Ate orange chicken honey walnut prawns egg rolls and chow mein at 130pm. Woke up from a nap at 6pm and was sweating like crazy with bad stomach cramps. Almost passed out while having severe diarrhea. Never eating at panda express again. Nothing prior to that meal… See more

I ate at Panda Express in Murphy TX on 6.12.15. I had Honey Orange Chicken and the new Short Ribs. I started feeling I'll within a few hours, and was bed ridden for 3 days. Had to go to a Doctor on June 16th, to stop the vomiting. Still very weak 5 days later. Lost 12 lbs.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
