I had a slice of Costco pepperoni pizza (from Kapolei Costco) around 8 pm and began experiencing stomach pains a few hours later. I went to sleep, but woke up at 3 am with nausea and diarrhea. It's now 6 pm and I have a fever of 100 degrees.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain

Feb 14, 2016. I had the pepperoni and sausage flat bread. Within 6 hours very ill within 12 hours violent vomitting and diarrhea. Lasted for hours! Was the only food I had that day. No one else in my party had that same food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Had a pepperoni pizza made "fresh" at around 10:00 PM with no other food that day. 3-4 hours later, was vomiting and had diarrhea. Spent 4 hours in the ER with an IV and medication. I still have left overs and will be taking them to be tested at the BIO lab on campus.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

My moms boyfriend picked us up two pan pizzas. I had pepperoni & sausage on mine. I had boneless mild wings. I ate around 6-7pm. I woke up about an hour ago (4-4:30am) with a horrible pain in my stomach. I ran to the bathroom & vomited.… See more
