Suspected source: Frozen pepperoni pizza
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: Less than 4 hours
Bloated within 2 hours. Diarrhea followed by multiple vomiting episodes 2 hours after. 4 hours total. Did not eat anything else for dinner
