I ate 2 slices of pizza around 830 pm Saturday. By midnight it was coming back out both ends. The smell was horrid and the taste in my mouth was that of spoiled milk. It is now Sunday 10:05 pm Ive taken 5 showers still cannot keep anything down. Ive had th chills  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

My wife and I split 3 slices of pizza (2 pasta slices, 1 Sicilian) at Napoli’s today 3/18 and have gone through waves of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea all afternoon.
