I ordered a salad with my pizza for dinner may 9th. About 10 pm my stomach started cramping. About 2 am I started vomiting profusely and repeatedly. I was much better Friday but my stomach is still not completely settled today, may 13. Much better but still gurgly.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps

Ate a spicy chicken Caesar salad on Thursday evening, May 10th. Felt a little ill Friday. Started puking late that night early morning with lots of liquid diarrhea early Sat the 12.
