Ate a turkey with avocado cucumber lettuce and tomato sandwich. An hour or so later had stomach cramps vomiting chills and diarrhea. Lucky to get off the plane in time. 03/17/2026 I ate a Farmhouse sandwich from Einstein Bros. Bagels and had these symptoms 45 minutes later. The symptoms lasted 3h! No other details. I also had blurred vision! I thought i was having a stroke! Horrible!  | Symptoms: Other, Blurry vision

Yesterday, I got a Vito sandwich from Jimmy Johns. Within an hour after eating it, I started to feel nauseous and began throwing up. The vomiting lasted about 3 hours.
