Stouffer's Food Poisoning

Stouffer's, like other frozen packaged meals, can be contaminated with bacteria leading to food poisoning when not properly prepared or stored. Additionally, Stouffer's could be contaminated with foreign objects leading to injury. In 2016, Stouffer's recalled products for glass contamination.

bought the medium sized frozen Stouffer's Mac and cheese. my two sons had it for dinner. 3yo had massively watery diarrhea, 5yo vomited 10 times within 2½ hours and had the shakes. was the specific one I bought bad? I don't even know.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

ate them approximately 20 minutes after cooking them. While eating them, one of the peppers had a very small, lukewarm spot, but I wound up eating it anyway. This was at around 11pm. At approximately 8am, I woke up with bad stomach cramps, and bad diarrhea. Had to make approximately 5 trips to the batroom since then (4pm now). My stomach has hurt since this morning, but it seems to be getting better now. I should also note, I eat the Stouffer's brand stuffed bell peppers often, and I never have a problem (or a lukewarm spot per their cooking instructions.)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps

aside from drinking water so I know it was the apples.
I purchased Stouffer's Harvest Apples and actually put it in the microwave for 5 minutes and then let it stand for 1 minute. I began to eat the apples and maybe 15 minutes into eating, I became sick on my stomach. About 30 minutes later I became nausea and began vomiting.
