Purchased a veggie patty but I noticed some of the salad fell on the chopping board near my sub and the staff picked it up and put it in my sandwich. I didn’t say anything at the time as the store was really busy.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I ate a sub at 3:30 pm and noticed a fly flying around the contents but didn’t pay any mind. The sub had salami, spicy salami, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions. Also had a double chocolate cookie after. And the fountain water they had there had stuff in it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
