I had a sausage roll and some spicy barbecue chicken bites. About 12 hours later at 1am starting vomiting and had diarrhoea. Vomited hourly for six hours and two bouts of diarrhoea. After this nausea subsided but now have temperature of 38.5C | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else
