Instructed to properly store said sugar to avoid contaminating the food product and maintain. #49-observed the microwave at the rear dry storage area with severe food debris build up and food splatters. Also, the insta pot (where the rice is cooked) stored on the shelving unit at the food prep area with food debris build up and not maintain. Instructed to clean and maintain said equipment.
