Tuesday Nov 21st, had Sushi, hour later after eating it, I had terrible Diarrhea and a fever of 104.5. Went to the ER and tested positive for Salmonella. After discussing with the doctor and the time line, we traced it back to Wok N Fire. Still recovering.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever

We had tuna and yellowtail and some pork gyoza last Thursday 11/16. It’s now almost a week later and our stomachs still aren’t right. Ate H-E-B sushi, 3 different varieties. Also ate H-E-B premade hamburger Patty's that same day. 3 people consumed both of these, all are sick.
