I ate the potato soft taco and a cheese quesadilla and then got extremely sick with painful diarrhea and abdominal pain. Didn’t even use any spicy sauce, so it can’t be attributed to that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had three soft tacos and pulled a hair out of two. Others in the house ate hard and soft tacos, beef burritos. Everyone has been ill vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. We will never go to Taco Bell again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a cheesy Gordita taco, which was the only thing I had eaten that day, and now I’ve been dealing with vomiting, cramps, diarrhea, stomach cramps, sudden stomach pains, hot flashes, and just terrible dizziness.
