I ate a burrito at taco bell at around 245 in garwood. At around 8-9 i started to get stomach cramps and pains. I then threw up multiple times at around 930 and got feverish chills and excessive gas and diarrhea. Had the tacos on taco Tuesday for dinner. About 7 hours later, woke up with chills and bad diarrhea. Went back to sleep, woke up running to the bathroom to vomit.
