I ate 5 taquitos yesterday morning, which is all I had to eat all day, by the time I made it home at 6pm I started having stomach pain, throwing up diarrhea and shaking like I had a fever all night. Ate some of their mini tacos and cheesy bread around 4pm, ate dinner with my girlfriend at Applebee’s (we ordered the exact same entree), and around midnight, I began what ended up being a 3 hour session of near constant throwing up  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
