I ordered a chicken bowl yesterday Togo at 5:30pm in the store. I stared getting a migraine an hour later and diarrhea started this morning. 2nd time in a row from this location. The last time a month ago both my daughter and I got diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Migraine

Burrito bowl - chicken rice lettuce salsa cheese  I ordered from door dash so I’m 90% sure it would have came from this location but I guess it could have come from other location. It took a few hours. Both my husband and I both got sick but he was not actually throwing up  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had gotten a chicken bowl from this location on 2/18/2020 and later in the evening I started having diarrhea and vomiting till about 3 am. I feel much better, but I NEVER get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My partner ate a salad bowl for lunch and was sickened by early evening yesterday, 2/18/2020.
She's dehydrated now despite drinking lots of fluids leading to more diarrhea despite going thru 6 Immodium pills. A hospital emergency room visit may be due should symptoms persist.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
