I ordered a happy meal(cheeseburger) and the 2 cheeseburger combo. I ate the combo and no more then 15 mins maybe 20 I started having severe stomach pains. I ordered a plain cheese burger and small French fry. About 2-3 hours after consuming i became nauseous later leading to vomiting and diarrhea. I had only eaten oatmeal in the morning and McDonald was my only other meal. I believe I have food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea

My family ate at the McDonald's in Mead on Friday, January 30th, and my son developed a fever and gastrointestinal issues the next day. He ate chicken nuggets. A family friend and her kids ate chicken nuggets there Sunday and they all developed the same symptoms as my son on Monday.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Gas
