Ate a regular roast beef sandwich around 9pm. Severe stomach pains and the other symptoms started at 2am and lasted for a hour straight. Mild stomach pains next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

This is the second time I've been sick from eating Arby's. I had a grand turkey club around 7:00pm. Woke up with a bad headache, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Feel like death warmed over.
