I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, and a small roast beef sandwich. I am having severe gastrointestinal issues within 16 hours after eating. I have a fever of 103, diarrhea, vomiting and nausea. Went to the ER and they said I have Norovirus. 08/10/2022 at 0523  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Gas

Went and grabbed it last night, had a beef n cheddar sandwich and Mac and cheese. Woke up in the middle of the night nauseous, vomiting and having severe acid reflux on top of that.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Acid reflux

We ordered dinner from here last night and all 3 of us had roast beef. I had a Roast Beef Greek Gyro. My mom had a beef & cheddar, and dad had a regular roast beef.
