Went in on April 9, 2022. I ordered the Roast Beef combo. Woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating stomach pain, which included diarrhea and throwing up. I barely can hold anything down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
