Went to a&w on younge street. Both husband and I ate one menu item that was similar and it was the poutine. I felt sick first than he felt sick after myself. He went and threw out the food and said the cheese on the poutine was bad. We are sick as dogs.

Ate a teen burger combo at around 6 PM. Felt abdominal pains around 1030PM. It was followed by extreme pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Continued with a fever and headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Fever
