Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills
Suspected source: pizookie
Onset: Right away
Duration: Several days
Additional information: got a pizookie, woke up the next day dehydrated nauseous and throwing up. stomach is still turned upside down 4 days later.

Had the house salad with blue cheese, the vegetable deep dish, salted caramel pizookie, and a stary to wash it down. My symptoms started about 10 minutes after I finished my meal. They got worst as the day went on and the next day still have diarrhea. Drinking some Gatorade  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
