Had dinner last with a friend. We had the campfire special. As soon as I left the restaurant my stomach felt bloated. Within the hour I had severe stomach cramps and nausea. This quickly progressed into projectile vomiting and continued over the night. Today, I have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating

On 11/22/2017 8:45pm I had steak salad and loaded baked potatoe which tasted really bad like something was spoiled so I quit eating it after several bites when I realized it was odd tasting. I woke up at 7am not feeling well and puking and pooping! Both ends!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a cheeseburger and got sick. When I called the health department, they told me that Black Angus in Puyallup has had a problem with keeping the meat in the fridge the correct temperature. What I had was a food- born staff infection with an incubation period of 4 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
