I purchased Boar’s Head  Beef BOLOGNA and my dad became ill, diatrhea and stiff neck night sweats x3 weeks. I am sure the Boars head beef Bologna and Bourbon Ridge ham were the reason. My dad is 69 has COPD so his immune system is compromised.  | Symptoms: Night Sweats, Diarrhea

Ate a boars head sandwich from Safeway’s premade food section. It was the turkey cranberry sandwich. Eight or so hours later i began vomiting repeatedly and had very watery diarrhea.
