"I went to Burger King to get food for dinner. I got the sourdough bread burger that says new on the sign my son got the chicken sandwich. We went back home shortly after eating my burger my stomach was upset I thought I had accid reflux then the diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Acid reflux

Hospitalized for 11 days , diagnosis campylobacter. Released to rehab facility and after 5 days diarrhea started again. Taken to er on March 5th, had emergency duty at 2 PM on 4/5/19. Died on 4/6/19 at 7:50 am. All from problems caused by poisoning Thi, O e person, He got sick a couple days after  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

I ordered a Quick cheeseburger with soda at 21 pm. After a few hours I got really sick and this is the only place i ordered different than the rest of the group I was with. (They ordered chicken and I meat)
