and by 8am other symptoms came on strong. I felt dehydrated, or like I was hungover but I didn’t have a drink. Nausea, and fatigue followed by vomiting. I tried tea, water and broth to help me feel better. Nothing worked. No appetite. Everything came back up (vomit), and I haven’t been able to hold down any water or liquids. and a few hours later I woke up with diarrhea that was later also combined with vomiting and a fever that didn't drop below 38.6 degrees. This was the only thing I ate during the day and it turned out to be a major infection. With everything and medication, I still have diarrhea 3 days later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever

I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake and a 3 piece chicken tenders, I only ate one tender as I thought it was gross. I think it was the milkshake though cause about 7-8 hours after consumption my stomach began churning painfully. I think the milk used was expired  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
