At Carls Jr at around 10:00pm and at 4:32am woke up and ran to the bathroom. I puked for 4 hours and had diarrhea the whole time. Diarrhea is still happening and it's 6:30pm.

Ate bacon egg cheese biscuit at 10am from Carl’s Jr. didn’t feel very good around noon stomach pain, dizzy , nauseous and chills only had water rest of day around 230am up sick water diarrhea stomach pain and nausea and dizziness  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Dizziness, Chills, Stomach Pain
