My husband had the salad with chicken and rice and beans and cheese, etc. He is currently sicker than sick. His sickness started this morning and he ate the salad last night before retiring. He hasn't seen the doctor yet but may go tomorrow.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate at chipotle for the first time ever on Friday around 4:30/5:00pm. While at work around 7:30pm I became ill. It started with vomiting, then I passed out. That same night I spiked a fever and had sever diarrhea. I was takin to the hospital admitted and two days later released.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
