Had food poisoning before never this bad, i got chicken al pastor, white rice, queso, cheese, corn salsa. called off work for 3 days and couldn't leave my bed ended calling a doctor via video chat and was told i had food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
