Went to the restaurant on my lunch break got a burrito with steak. Around 5pm that day I felt bloated and nauseous. Around 4am the following day I had projectile vomit. June 6 , Pretty certain it was the fajita veggies I ordered food for 5 people total and I was the only one to get ill. I was also the only one to order the fajitas. I checked on the 7th to see if anyone else had symptoms, but everyone was fine.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
