My son ate a chicken bowl on Friday July 14th from the Sterling location about 3pm. Sunday morning he had extreme diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. He didn't eat all day Sunday and drank Gatorade to stay hydrated. First time eating at that location in over a year.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
