Diarrhea and nausea are commonly reported Costco food poisoning symptoms and Salmonella is a commonly reported diagnosis. However, in 2015, there was a multistate outbreak of Shiga toxin-producing E. coli infection from Costco Rotisserie Chicken Salad, which hospitalized five people.

I drank Mango Naked Juice on Monday and started to feel sick on Wednesday. My kids got sick, too. I’m pretty sure it was the Naked Juice.  It’s the only thing we all ate/drank that was the same. No  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Weakness, Headache, Diarrhea

Had a anaphylaxis reaction to eating 10 shrimp in the shrimp cocktail. I've be buying it and eating it for years, but this time it woke me at 5am with diarrhea while vomiting at the same time, followed by hives that covered my whole body.
