On 12/30/23 stopped with family to eat. I was the only one that had bean burritos. Within 4 hours I was violently puking, cramping in stomach and diahhrea. Happened throughout entire night off and in puking every 45 minutes for about 4 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea

I ran to the bathroom cause we had diarrhea. It is not 1pm the next day and we have chills. Our two boys seem fine so I am suspecting that it was their shredded lettuce. It was super busy when we went and the 3 male working seems flustered.
