I ate Domino's Pizza for dinner. Two slices of a medium pizza with mushrooms and green peppers and some parmasean bread bites. At four o'clock in the morning I had terrible diarrhea with chills fever and sweats for an hour until it all got out of my system.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Sweating, Fever
