Ordered an Italian sub. They mixed up my order and gave me a meatball sub. I ate it anyway, but noticed the meatballs were not warm. Felt a little off the next day, and then about 18-20 hours later, developed excessive diarrhea and vomiting for several hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Stopped at 4:00 wed 9/18 and had a Hook and ladder sub. Only thing I ate and about 12 midnight woke with stomach ache, diarrhea and vomiting for 3 hrs. After had headache and nausea.
