Tonight Tuna poke bowl Ate the tuna poke bowl around 330pm. Started to feel nauseous around 7-8pm. Had diarrhea around then too. Went to ned at 10pm. Woke up shortly after had to vomit. Vomited 3 times. Lots of abdominal cramping. More diarrhea. Feel awful!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
