Ate meatballs, mash, peas, lingenberries, and garlic bread around 6pm. Had a side salad with Caesar dressing. Dressing may have been bad. Had small amount of slushy and almond cake too. Ate meatballs around 1 p.m.
After about 2 hours, severe flatulence started, followed by belching and heartburn. Diarrhea around 6 p.m. I had to throw up at 10:00 PM. Everything was okay again the next morning.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Burping, Heartburn, Diarrhea
