Had meatballs at Ikea food court today around 12pm, then bought some frozen meatballs and cooked it for dinner tonight. My daughter complained of stomach cramps and has been vomiting. This is all she's had today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I bought meatballs a month ago at this location and my daughter ate some on Monday and got sick and vomited. I am sure it was the meatballs because she was the only one eating them at this diner and was the only one getting sick during the night…  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
