Cheeseburger and Fries and a coke. Have had a fever of 103.6 and been in bed since Friday 9/7/2018. Today is 9/9/2018, I have had a fever up and down and bad Diarrhea.. I ate a plain hamburger and fries at 2:30pm. At around 5:30pm I started feeling very sluggish and weak all of a sudden and broke out in a fever. I visited In N Out after going to Ikea. I ate a cheeseburger without onions, fries, and drank lemonade. The food was good, but once I got home I began to feel uneasy. It turned into a fever and my stomach was upset.
